How do I connect PlateMatch with CartRun?
In PlateMatch, you can tap the blue CartRun link button on any recipe card or meal planner day. PlateMatch will instantly push all missing recipe ingredients directly into your CartRun grocery list categorized by store aisle.
Is my family health and diet data private?
Yes, 100%. Greenstone Studios follows a strict privacy-first architecture. All family member profiles, allergies, and nutritional metrics stay entirely on your device and are never harvested, uploaded to ad networks, or sold to third parties.
How do I adjust portion targets in PlateMatch?
Navigate to the Smart Plate tab in PlateMatch. Tap the portion profile badge directly on any member's card (such as Weight Loss, Muscle Growth, or Kids) to instantly recalibrate their plate's exact macros, calories, and scooping instructions.
Do cooking timers work while the screen is locked?
In Cooking Mode, your screen remains active to facilitate hands-free cooking. You also receive native audio alerts and push notifications when any step timer completes.

Ga naar het Smart Bord tabblad in PlateMatch. Daar ziet u voor elk gezinslid een aparte kaart met persoonlijke macro's (Kcal, eiwit, koolhydraten, vetten) en opschepinstructies. U kunt direct op de badge van het profiel tikken (bijvoorbeeld Koolhydraatarm, Spieropbouw, of Kindvriendelijk) om realtime te wisselen.
Werkt de kookwekker ook met het scherm vergrendeld?
